Curative Minimally Invasive Treatment of a Previously Clipped Aneurysm with the WEB Intrasaccular Device

A 57-year-old woman with a history of microsurgical clipping an Anterior Communicating (ACom) Aneurysm presented with the aneurysm depicted in the photo above.

Patient underwent endovascular intra-saccular flow disruption treatment with placement of a WEB device.

Post-placement angiography pictured above shows obliteration (cure) of the ACom Aneurysm.

Unsubtracted angiographic image above shows the device in place within the aneurysm dome and the previous microsurgical aneurysm clip (black clip).
