19-year-old female presented with a Large Basilar Apex (BA) Aneurysm.

Patient underwent endovascular Flow Diversion treatment by looping through the aneurysm.

Post-procedure imaging showed placement of the Pipeline and coils.

6-month angiography shows a cure of the complex BA aneurysm.
